LWYM: The 37th annual St. Patrick’s Day parade in downtown Wilkes-Barre

Cold temperatures didn’t keep St. Patrick’s Day revelers away from the Wilkes-Barre parade on Sunday. The 37th annual tradition stepped off at 2 p.m. and while the parade route might have been a little light with spectators, downtown bars and restaurants were filled.
