“This was proverbially the car driven by a little old lady to church on Sunday and to the grocery store,” Remetz said. “It was my aunt’s she bought it brand new in early 1968, and when I took ownership when she died in 1982 it only had a little over 6,000 miles on it. I’ll never understand why she bought a convertible, but I’m glad she did. It is a great car. Full size Pontiac, back in Pontiac’s glory days from the late 1960s, they don’t make them like this anymore.”
