THE TRANSPORTER REFUELED — The fourth film in the “Transporter” franchise follows the adventures of Frank Martin (Ed Skrein of “Game of Thrones”), who is known as “the transporter,” the best driver and mercenary money can buy in the criminal underworld of France.
