Angel Falls and Kettle Creek at Loyalsock, difficult 8-mile hike, sponsored by the Susquehanna Trailers Hiking Club. Meet at 9:45 a.m. June 4 and leave at 10 a.m. Bring lunch and water. 570-239-8237.

Nescopeck and Red Rock Trails Nature Hike. Celebrate National Get Outdoor Day with an easy 2-mile hike, 9 a.m. June 10, free but registration required. Wear sturdy footwear, bring water and meet at the park office. 570-403-2006.

Glen Onoko Falls, difficult 9-mile hike, sponsored by Susquehanna Trailers Hiking Club, meet at the Sears Auto Center, Wyoming Valley Mall at 9:45 a.m. June 11 and leave at 10. Bring lunch and water. 570-283-1312.

Picton Wildlife Sanctuary Hike, 1 p.m. June 11, tour North Branch Land Trust’s George & Lillian Picton Wildlife Sanctuary in White Haven to learn about plants, animals and ecosystems during 3 miles of easy to moderate walking. Wear sturdy shoes, bring water and snacks. Call North Branch Land Trust at 570-310-1781 to register. Hike is free, but donations may be made to North Branch Land Trust. Meet at Picton Wildlife Sanctuary, 430 Pond Creek Rd, White Haven.

Big Bear Swamp At Delaware State Forest, moderate 7-mile hike sponsored by the Susquehanna Trailers Hiking Club. Meet at the Park & Ride on Rt. 315 in Dupont at 10:45 a.m. June 18 and leave at 11. Leader Al Chapacharis 570-806-1754.

Vosberg Hike, six moderate miles, sponsored by the Susquehanna Trailers Hiking Club, meet at Dallas Shopping Center, Route 309 in Dallas at 11:45 a.m. June 25 and leave at noon. Bring snack and water. 570-406-3173.

Raptors Rule, meet a live falcon, owl and hawk and learn about their food chain, habitats and bird characteristics, 11 a.m. July 8 with Rebecca Lesko of the Endless Mountains Nature Center, at the Dietrich Theater, 60 E. Tioga St., Tunkhannock, free but space is limited, 570-996-1500.
