Melodies and Matriarchs with The Great Rock Pair, performance from 8 to 11 p.m. May 11 at Gober’s Deco Lounge, 1248 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.

Pittston City 2nd Friday Art Walk, the season opener will take place on Main Street in downtown Pittston May 11 and will feature live music, fine arts, children’s section and more.

Guilty Pleasure, will make their debut at Bones Bar, 1110 Wilkes-Barre Township Blvd., Wilkes-Barre Township, from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. May 12.

Comedy night, sponsored by Honey Pot Active Volunteer Hose Co., May 12 at Wisecrackers Comedy Club, Mohegan Sun Pocono. Cost is $20 with doors opening at 8 p.m. and show starting at 9. For tickets, call Frank Kotsko at 570-735-2932.

Arlo’s Blues Jam Series, with the Soulshakers and featuring New Jersey’s Bruce Engler. 4 to 8 p.m. May 13 at Arlo’s Tavern, state Route 171, Ararat Township.

Fine Arts Fiesta, will take place May 17 through 20 on Public Square in downtown Wilkes-Barre. Fiesta 2018 is currently accepting applications for it Artist’s Market. Applications for the Artist’s Market can be found under the “Applications and Forms” tab on the Fiesta website, fineartsfiesta.org. Applications must be completed, returned and postmarked by Jan. 31. Fire at the Furnace Week, May 28 to June 2, includes 20 exhibits featuring the work of 300 artists, narrated and theatrical iron pours, First Friday exhibits and blacksmithing demonstrations, a Ferrous Flyer train excursion from Scranton to the Poconos, and a public wedding of cast iron artists at the Scranton Iron Furnaces, 159 Cedar Ave., Scranton.
