The Cooperage Project hosts two well established market opportunities for local artisans and farmers: Holiday Artisans’ Market (Oct. 10, 2021) and the Main Street Farmer’s Market (November through March).

For the 2021/22 market season, The Cooperage would like to create a pop-up cafe experience. Licensed and insured chefs and caterers are invited to prepare and sell their food during the markets.

Ideally, chefs and caterers would be well versed in incorporating local and seasonal ingredients into their menus. Chefs and caterers will make their own menu and set their own prices. A small vendor fee does apply.

The Cooperage Project will highlight each business cooking it up in the kitchen as part of the market promotion. Businesses will be listed on the market website pages at www.thecooperageproject.org, as well as on Facebook event pages.
