Froggy 101 announces Guitars & Stars lineup

Entercom radio station Froggy 101 (WGGY-FM) has announced that this year’s Guitars & Stars country music concert will take place at 7 p.m. May 22 at the F.M. Kirby Center, 71 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre.

The all-star lineup features Luke Combs, Chase Rice, Jerrod Niemann, Lindsay Ell and Carly Pearce.

According to a press release from Entercom, “during the event, fans will have the opportunity to hear artists discuss the context for their songs, stories and influences, as well as see them perform their biggest hits.”

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. March 26 through the Kirby Center box office, online at kirbycenter.org and by phone at 570-826-1100. A pre-sale for Froggy 101 Country Club members and Kirby members begins at 10 a.m. Friday through the same outlets.

A portion of all ticket sales will benefit the Children’s Miracle Network at Geisinger Danville, which raises funds to provide equipment, programs and services for children at Geisinger Janet Weis Children’s Hospital as well as pediatric services throughout the Geisinger Health System.
