Grammy-nominated Christian musician Matthew West to visit Wilkes-Barre

WILKES-BARRE — The F.M. Kirby Center announced today that Grammy-nominated Christian recording artist Matthew West will perform at 7 p.m. Sept. 30 at the downtown theater, 71 Public Square.

Special guest Jordan Feliz will also perform during the evening of music.

West’s latest studio effort, “Live Forever,” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Christian Sales Chart.

No. 1 singles from throughout West’s catalogue include “Grace Wins” and “Hello, My Name Is.”

According to a press release from the Kirby Center, West is “Well known for communicating stories through song.”

Tickets range from $25.50 to $93 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Aug. 3 through the Kirby Center box office, online at kirbycenter.org and by phone at 570-826-1100.

A pre-sale for Kirby members begins at 10 a.m. Aug. 2 through the same outlets.
