Accomplished bluegrass/alt-country artist Robbie Fulks to play Kirby Center

WILKES-BARRE — York native and Grammy-nominated alt-country/bluegrass musician Robbie Fulks will perform at 8 p.m. July 14 in the Chandelier Lobby of the F.M. Kirby Center, 71 Public Square.

Fulks has released 12 records, the latest of which, “Upland Stories” earned him two Grammy nods, and he has performed on “Austin City Limits,” “A Prairie Home Companion” and “The Grand Ole Opry.”

Both NPR and Rolling Stone named Fulks to their Best of 2016 lists.

Tickets are on sale now through the Kirby Center box office, online at kirbycenter.org and by phone at 570-826-1100.
