Giving a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘camera flash.’

Have you ever seen a police officer and wondered what he was packing? Thanks to D’nise Bluchevich of Wilkes-Barre, you can now set your eyes on penises attached to police offers from Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Bluchevich, 32, who was arrested for prostituting herself on Public Square in Wilkes-Barre on April 7, claims the charges are “hypocritical” since many of her clients are allegedly police officers from Luzerne and Lackawanna counties.

“You mean and tell me that a police officer is going to cuff me for paying the bills when he was just cuffing me to the bed at the Red Roof Inn a few nights earlier because his wife won’t touch him anymore? That shit straight up dirty right there. They stupid,” Bluchevich said.

According to the self-proclaimed “best prostitute in all of Pennsylvania, if not the galaxy,” nine police officers from the area are regular clients; including officers from Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Dunmore and one mall cop from the Wyoming Valley Mall.

“I have pictures of po-po’s pee-pees in my flip-phone, and I put that shit all up in the internets and everything,” she said.

Bluchevich launched www.NEPAPoliceDicks.net on April 10, and said she will not remove the site until all charges are dropped.

Wilkes student Delia Morgan said she loves the site. “I’m surprised that there are so many hung police officers from the area,” Morgan said. “I fantasize about cops every night now. Every night I dream about getting arrested by a corrupt police officer; but because the cops are so hung, I have trouble remaining silent.”

Gidget Brooks of Nanticoke, on the other hand, is disgusted at the lack of respect Bluchevich is showing toward area law enforcement. “I’m all for women doing what they have to do to pay the rent, but don’t disrespect police officers like this. Releasing pictures of their private parts is disgusting and beyond disrespectful. This woman doesn’t belong in jail. She belongs in hell. Give her the electric chair,” Brooks said.

Local police departments couldn’t be reached for comment. Word on the street is they are too busy giving each other high-fives.

Bluchevich is out on bail and has a hearing set for April 29.
