Lansdale, Pennsylvania pop-punk band The Wonder Years will play an acoustic set at Wilkes-Barre record store Gallery of Sound’s Mundy Street location to celebrate the release of their new record, “No Closer to Heaven.”

The Sept. 3 show will start at 6 p.m. Details regarding admission will be added as they become available. Past Gallery of Sound release shows have given customers who pre-order the performing band’s new album a wristband for priority entry.

“No Closer to Heaven” is The Wonder Years’ third full-length for Hopeless Records. The band released a music video for the album’s lead single, “Cardinals,” last month.
