Keep your tunes in tote

As if doing cardio isn’t already a royal pain, doing cardio with zero tunes is just plain painstaking. Sometimes you just need that extra pep in your step, and what better way to turn up the heart rate than some fast-paced music that makes you want to run for miles? Whether it’s metal or techno, music can help you tack on a few more minutes to your daily cardio routine, so make sure you have your tunes accessible fashionably.

Holding a CD player is so five years ago. Keep your MP3s or iTunes with you every step you take on the treadmill. Sure, you can hold onto your devices, but if you get into the groove, they might go flying out of your hand. Better to keep your technology nice and secure by strapping it on your arm.
