Russell Traver Jr. and Gina Shannon, both of Dallas, are engaged to be married.
Mr. Traver is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Traver Sr., Noxen.
Ms. Shannon is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Beck.
Russell attended Lake-Lehman School District.
Gina attended Pittston Area School District.
The couple will exchange vows in October 2012.
