Kristen Rose Brammer and Thomas Eugene Hoover Jr., both of Wilmington N.C., are engaged to be married.
Miss Brammer is the daughter of Howard and Roxanne Brammer, Wilmington, N.C.
Mr. Hoover is the son of Thomas and Cheryl Hoover, Jacksonville, N.C., formerly of Nanticoke. He is the grandson of Betty Hoover, Nanticoke, and the late Donald and Bernadine Cravitz.
The wedding is planned for May 1 at St. Therese Catholic Church, Wrightsville Beach, N.C.
