When Nikki M. Mascali started interning at the Weekender in January 2005, she had the distinct honor of being the oldest intern ever (and she’s come to relish that fact). In May of that same year, Nikki became an in-office correspondent and, while still attending LCCC for journalism, came on full-time as the Staff Writer in January 2006 before graduating in May 2007. Nikki has a penchant for Steve McQueen and Gerard Butler movies, "Monty Python," a well made Manhattan and a never-ending love for '80s hair bands.
