Karaoke Dance Party with DJ Lisa. Admission is free. Karaoke starts at 10 p.m. Feb. 2 at Heat Bar & Nightclub, 71 N. Main St., Wilkes-Barre. Karaoke follows Heat’s 1-2-3-4 happy hour, which runs from 8 to 10 p.m. and features $1 Fireball shots, $2 domestic bottles of beer, $3 bombs and $4 pint-size Pinnacle vodka mixers. Dave Fiuczynski’s KiF & the Jonathan Scales Fourchestra. Tickets are $8 in advance and are available at Berklee College of Music professor, Guggenheim Fellow and innovative guitarist and composer Dave “Fuze” Fiucyznski shares a bill with multi-instrumentalist and revolutionary steel drummer Jonathan Scales starting at 9 p.m. Feb. 4 at the River Street Jazz Cafe, 667 N. River St., Plains Township. They will be joined by bass sensation MonoNeon, who played with Prince as well as in Fuiczynski’s project Screaming Headless Torsos. Doors open at 7 p.m. Patrons must be 21 and older to attend.

Shaky Ground. No Cover. Shaky Ground performs from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Feb. 4 into 5 at Budd’s Pizza Cafe & Sports Hub, 134 Page Ave., Kingston.
