Honesdale for the Holidays. Free! On Nov. 25 and 26, Honesdale will hold its annual Santa Parade and tree lighting, a number of local businesses with hold open houses and other “seasonal fun” will be on-hand. Most of the events take place on Main Street — most parking around the town is two-hour metered parking, but long-term parking can be found on Church Street between 6th and 12th Streets. Magical Fireside Christmas. $10. On Nov. 25, Pocono Manor will open its Christmas attraction to the public. Kids can meet Santa and his elves, make ornaments and write letters to Santa. There will also be a live deer feeding area. Adult visitors can enjoy 10,000 square feet of holiday lights or a gourmet hot chocolate at the hot chocolate bar. Tickets to the event, held at the venue’s One Manor Drive, Pocono Manor location, are $10 or free for children under 4. The attraction is open until Christmas on Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 8 p.m. or Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. For more information, call 1-800-233-8150.

Laugh a little. $25. Ready to take a break after hard holiday tasks like eating, shopping and socializing? Then head to The Amphitheater at Bushkill Inn, 159 Pocono Loop, Bushkill, for a comedy show featuring Tom McTiernan (“Gotham Comedy Live”), John Ziegler and Melvin George II. Tickets are $25. The Sea The Sea. Tickets are $19 in advance and $22 the night of the show. Upstate New York indie folk-pop duo, The Sea The Sea performs at 8 p.m. Nov. 26 at the Hawley Silk Mill, 8 Silk Mill Drive, Hawley. The band’s male-female vocal dynamic has caught the attention of NPR, American Songwriter and No Depression, and the duo’s 2016 EP, “Altogether,” has been featured as “best of the week” and “A-list singer/songwriter” by Apple Music.
