George Wesley’s Grateful Dread Experience. $5-$8. The George Wesley Band will perform at 10 p.m. April 8 at the River Street Jazz Cafe, 667 North River Street Plains. The band will be joined by special guests for an evening of Grateful Dead, roots reggae (Jerry’s choice) and Jimi Hendrix style guitar explorations. Tusko/Beer and Pretzels/For Ages/I Trust You to Kill Me. $5. Math-metal groups Tukso and I Trust You To Kill Me will be joined by Hazleton punk veterans For Ages and Beer and Pretzels starting at 9:30 p.m. April 8 at The Other Side, 119 South Main St., Wilkes-Barre. Patrons must be 21 and over to enter.

Madness at Diane’s Deli. $5. Years of Madness, A Season Underground and Dan Hoppel will perform starting at 9 p.m. April 9 at Diane’s Deli & Internet Cafe, 206 South Main St., Pittston. The venue features vintage arcade games, a large seating area and great food and drink.

Spring Fling! Free! At 11 a.m. April 10, Chic Chic Marketplace will host an event at Lavender Poulette Cafe & The Academy for Early Learning, 1188 Wyoming Avenue, Kingston. A pop-up farmer’s market, free entertainment, local vendors and an opprotunity to help your kids find their center through youth yoga. This event is open to all ages.
