Dickson City — The Refuse to be a Victim crime prevention and personal safety seminar is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, 2016 at McCann School of Business & Technology, 2227 Scranton Carbondale Hwy, Dickson City.

The National Rifle Association developed Refuse to be a Victim in 1993 in repose to what it calls “nationwide requests for crime prevention seminars.” Topics addressed include home, travel, automobile and electronic security.
