Bo Brothers (2004 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming) will open a second location at the PNC Field Stadium Club in Moosic, according to a source at the restaurant Tuesday. A March opening is expected.

CHOCOHOLICS ANNONYMOUS

The Scranton Council of Literacy Advance Volunteers for Literacy will hold its Chocoholic Frolic Sunday, Feb. 21 at the Scranton Cultural Center (420 N. Washington Ave.). Doors open at 5 p.m. for patrons and 6 p.m. for the general public.

The event features all the chocolate you can eat, a glass of champagne, beverages, live entertainment, door prizes and more, and you must be 21 to attend. Cost is $26 in advance or $30 at the door. GO RED

Wyoming Valley Health Care System will hold its annual “Go Red, Think Pink” fashion show and luncheon Saturday, Feb. 20 at noon at the Woodlands Inn and Resort (Route 315, Plains Twp.).

The event marks the official launch of WVHCS’s Healthy Woman program and features an interactive cooking demo on simple, healthy cooking by Chef Kate Gabriele. Gabriele hosts the “Cooking with Kate” show at Rustic Kitchen inside Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs.

WORLDLY WINES

Fire and Ice on Toby Creek (Route 309, Trucksville) is hosting a 5-course International Wine Dinner Monday, Feb. 22 at 6 p.m.

The first course will be assorted hors d’oeuvres featuring grilled asparagus wrapped with roasted pepper, leek and shaved asiago cheese, avocado and crab canap�, coffee-and-chocolate rubbed pork tenderloin and pineapple toast points with cr�me fraiche, mushrooms stuffed with Boursin peppers, spinach and roasted corn. It will be paired with Terlato Family Vineyards Russian River Pinot Grigio (California). The second course will be pepper-crusted diver scallops with green-lip mussels stuffed with shrimp and bacon hash in a sweet citrus sauvignon blanc reduction paired with Haras de Pirque Sauvignon Blanc (Chile).

The third course consists of orange cognac salad with hearth bread and honey-thyme butter, and the fourth features pollo de Sangiovese, hearth-oven roasted free roaming organic chicken breast served with polenta and Sangiovese mushroom glace accompanied by fresh basil caponata paired with Ferrari-Carano Siena (California). The final course is chocolate mousse layered with strawberry-and-vanilla mascarpone and Rosa Regale aspic paired with Rosa Regale (Italy).

Winter in the City, a fundraiser for Scranton Tomorrow will be held Friday, Feb. 19 from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Trolley Museum (300 Cliff St., Scranton). The $15 admission includes cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and music by Paul LaBelle & the Exact Change.
