BO KNOWS BASEBALL
As Dish reported last month, Bo Brothers (2004 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming) has opened a second location called Bo Brothers at PNC Field (235 Montage Mountain Road, Moosic). The restaurant will host its grand-opening celebration on Tuesday, April 8 during the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees’ home opening game against the Buffalo Bisons.
Bo Brothers menu features pulled pork, smoked wings, half chickens, ribs and brisket. The PNC Field location will be open every day beginning at 11 a.m., and the restaurant will be a year-round operation.
“We are excited to partner with Bo Brothers!” Legends Hospitality Management Chief Operating Office Dan Smith said in a press release. Legends will continue as the concessionaire and caterer at PNC Field for the second year.
“(Bo Brothers has) a strong reputation and following,” Smith continued. “Bringing in a high-quality restaurant to a venue is nothing new for us. We have numerous arrangements with New York City restaurants at Yankee Stadium which do an outstanding job for all of the Yankees fans. Allowing a local vendor to operate the restaurant provides Legends the opportunity to service our fans with the best concessions and catering service we possibly can.”
