Breaking Benjamin will perform an acoustic show at the River Street Jazz Cafe (665 N. River St., Plains) on Tuesday, Sept. 29, to celebrate the release of its new album "Dear Agony," according to a publicist for the band's record label, Hollywood Records.
The show is not open to the public; tickets were won by contest winners through 97.9 X and Gallery of Sound, which held a midnight sale of the album.
Also in conjunction with the CD release, Breaking Benjamin on Tuesday made its "Rock Band" video game debut, with three tracks -- "I Will Not Bow," "The Diary of Jane" and "So Cold" -- available for download at the Rock Band Store.
Breaking Benjamin will appear on the syndicated radio show "Rockline" on Monday Oct. 5 at 11:30 p.m. Fans can speak with the band by calling 1.800.344.ROCK. "Rockline" is not available over the air in Northeastern Pa. For information on how to listen online, visit www.RocklineRadio.com.
