Soon after the clock struck midnight Friday at the Woodlands Inn & Resort, one Weekender Model of the Year’s reign ended and another’s began.
After the Weekender tallied online votes from the past week, as well those cast at Friday’s annual party, Christina Galdieri of Scranton was announced at 12:10 a.m. as the 2008 Model of the Year. Earlier in the evening, Phil Walter of Dallas was named the 2008 Man of the Year.
The night included the parade of models and men from the past year, music from Maybe Someday, DJ Hersh and DJ King B and a whole lot of partying.
