The most important thing we do today is visit the nearest Skyline Chili. Eddie and I have both spent portions of our lives living in "The Queen City," and the one thing we miss most is the sweet and savory taste of Skyline. After loading into the Gypsy Hut and downing a Hudepohl or two (which I have to admit is not a taste I missed), we head out to fill our bellies.
The Gypsy Hut is a multi level compound on the outskirts of town, surrounded by train tracks, mechanics and truck depots. We spend much of the evening watching the final presidential debate, and our confidence in our candidate grows, which is pretty much all debates are good for. White Mice do a tremendous job of freaking out much of the audience, which should be much larger but for a total and complete lack of promotion. We adjourn to the large and friendly house of a family we've known for years, take some showers and (eventually) some sleep.
