This 1940 Chevrolet/Ford Rat Rod is owned by Charlie Lewis of Bloomsburg.
“I spent a lot of time working on this baby,” Lewis said. “It combines the elements of a 1940 Chevrolet truck (the grille) with the headlights from a Ford. It was built from a kit with a lot of help from my dad and my brothers.
“The great fun is in taking it to shows and having people comment on it; it really helps you feel good that all the effort you put into it is appreciated. My dad, brother, and I are working on another rat rod right now for my brother that combines 1950 Ford, Chevrolet, and Buick parts.”
