The Miz, or Mike Mizanin, is a professional wrestler who first gained fame as a cast member on MTV’s The Real World: Back to New York. He is originally from Parma, Ohio and was raised in Cleveland. The Miz has won 12 championships in WWE. He was a presenter at the Hanover Area Memorial Elementary School Anti-Bullying event for the WWE B.A. Star campaign.

1. When was the last time you Googled yourself?

I get Google alerts everyday to let me know what is being said about me, negative or positive. I like to know how I can prove people wrong when things are negatively said about me. (The Miz told the students at Hanover how he was constantly told he was too small and not athletic enough to be a WWE Superstar. He told them how he never lets the negativity bring him down but fuel him to succeed and be better then the haters.)

2. When is the last time you cried over the Cleveland Browns?

I didn’t cry but I did get my hopes up just to be let down as always when they played the Pittsburgh Steelers. I was watching the game at a Hooters because they have all the games and great wings! I was the only person in front of the television watching the game in my custom number 40 Cleveland jersey (for being 40th WWE Champion). I left at halftime because we were losing and just wanted to sulk in my hotel room. I got back, threw the jersey on the floor, just hoping we at least break 500 this year in frustration. Then I turn on the television and see that the Browns were on the comeback, and like a typical fan, refused to go back to the bar because I didn’t want to jinx it. I was so pumped, thinking ‘This is going to overtime!’ However, in typical Browns fashion, they lost and I just have to continuously be disappointed.

3. Sticking to the Cleveland theme, Brian Hoyer or Johnny “Football” Manziel?

I think Manziel could be the future for the team. So I will say Johnny Football until he messes up and I go back to Hoyer.

4. When is the last time you took a selfie?

I take them every day. I have this money maker (referring to his face) so why wouldn’t I take a selfie everyday.

5. When is the last time you talked to your Real World Family?

I definitely enjoyed my time with MTV but I believe everyone grows and moves on to other things in life. I do still talk frequently to Ace, Mark Long, Theo Von and Kenny Santucci. Those are my dudes. But I have hosted some reunion shows and got to talk to cast members I don’t really keep in touch with, so that is always fun.
